Retirement Plan 403b
CHS will allocate a percentage of each employee’s salary to their retirement savings account based on years of service. Employees are encouraged to also contribute to their retirement plan but are not required to do so. Employees must work 1,000 hours in each plan year to be eligible, July 1st through June 30th. Our Financial Advisors at Horizon Capital will assist employees to set up their retirement and investing options with Voya Financial.
