Set-Works
Set-Works is an electronic, cloud-based system for effectively managing documentation. Set-works is used to manage client records, documentation, and reporting across all programs.
You can access Set-Works from any device that has access to the internet. Go to www.set-works.com and login to your account. CHS employees can utilize the SSO (Single Sign-on) with their Microsoft account.
A help sheet can be found here SET-Works Cheat Sheet. You can also find how-to documentation and general support at https://setworks.freshdesk.com/support/home. You will be required to login to your account. From this portal you can also send support tickets for specific issues and leave questions and comments to other users.
