How to Use MITC Telephone Timekeeping
1.) Call: 660-627-6213 or 660-627-6212 (either number should work. If you have problems with one, try the other.)
2.) Enter your employee pin (when prompted).
3.) When prompted, enter job pin for the location (the program you are working in).
4.) You will be asked for an activity code. Activity codes are used to identify training and paperwork. If no activity code is needed, enter #
5.) Listen to any voice messages and follow the instructions provided.
Voice Identification may be used to verify the identity of the caller. Follow the instructions. If no voice recording available, simply press the # key and 1 without recording voice.
Pause before hanging up after the the voice says “goodbye” to be sure there are no additional prompts.
