Tiered Supports Conference
CVA was recognized by the Missouri Department of Mental Health for building successful systems and utilizing universal strategies, preventing crisis, and improving quality of life for all individuals and staff. Professional managers Shawna Small and Mike Hartman also gave a presentation on Reinforcement Systems for staff and individuals. Missouri ABLE Program meeting
Where: Kirksville Economic Alliance Building 315 South Franklin St, Kirksville MO 63501
Time: Wednesday, March 28, at 2:00 pm
Missouri State Treasurer Eric Schmitt will be joined by Terry Combs, CEO of the Chariton Valley Association, in Kirksville to speak about Missouri ABLE and answer questions about the program.
The Missouri ABLE program offers tax-free savings accounts for Missourians with disabilities. The account allows individuals with disabilities the ability to save and invest up to $14,000 per year without losing federal government benefits such as Medicaid or SSI.
The Second Annual Winter Wonderland Ball will be held on Friday February 16, 2018. Formal dress is recommended for the evening. Tickets are $10.00 and can be purchased at the Chariton Valley Association Administration Office front window.
