The Chariton Valley Association is a private, non-profit corporation established in 1982 in Kirksville, MO by a group of parents of children with developmental disabilities who recognized a need for local services. Chariton Valley Association has a proud history of providing high quality residential and non-residential support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Northeast Missouri-primarily in Adair County.
